What to Expect at Your First Visit
The Patient Experience
When you first walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by our comfortable environment and friendly team. You’ll be invited to sit down and relax as you fill out any new patient forms on our iPad before your appointment. We also send you the forms via email when you schedule your visit should you like to complete them before you arrive. Once the forms are complete we’ll invite you back into one of our operatories.
You’ll receive a comprehensive exam, photos, digital scans, and X-rays (if needed). Following the exam, Dr. Sasha will sit down with you to discuss the exam findings. If everything looks good, you’ll be able to schedule your next appointment in the front office. If anything needs extra attention, Dr. Sasha will explain the findings, take time to address any questions or concerns you might have, and thoroughly describe any treatment recommendations.
What to Bring
In order to help make your visit more efficient, we ask that you bring your ID and your dental insurance card. Also please fill out your forms before the appointment to make sure we have plenty of time for your new patient exam visit.

By filling out your new patient forms before your appointment, we can streamline your visit and get a better idea of how we can best serve you.
Dentistry Without Restrictions
Fee-For-Service Care
As a Fee-For-Service practice, we can provide you with the care you need, without the restrictions put in place by dental insurance plans. However, that doesn’t mean we’re not insurance-friendly! We have many patients who choose to use dental insurance.
We are considered an out-of-network provider and are more than happy to assist our patients in maximizing their insurance benefits. Like an in-network provider, we work directly with insurance companies to submit claims on your behalf. Typically, our patients receive a reimbursement check in the mail from their insurance provider within 7-10 business days.
